The Data Controller hereby informs you that the personal data you supply by browsing this website is processed, in line with the principles of lawfulness provided for under art. 6 of the GDPR, for purposes relating to the relationship established with the Data Controller and therefore data processing is legally justified, as required by art. 13 c) of the GDPR, by the purposes for which the relationship is established with the Data Controller, i.e. in this particular case, freely accessing the latter’s website as a visitor or user.
We collect a very limited amount of data from visitors to our website, primarily technical in nature, for instance in order to manage the services we supply (such as responses to your requests). Once your request has been processed, the Data Controller will send feedback in the terms set forth in art. 12 of the GDPR.
We are entitled to refuse to satisfy your request only in the presence of one of the following reasons:
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;
- to fulfil an obligation under the law or perform a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority;

When satisfying a valid request for deletion of data, we will take all reasonable measures to delete the data in question.
