Privacy Policy on the processing of personal data
Anci Servizi s.r.l., with registered offices in Milan at Via Alberto Riva Villasanta no. 3 (to contact the company, simply send an e-mail to info@vcs.eu), as Data Controller, provides you with the following notice regarding inclusion in our mailing list to allow you to receive complete information regarding the service offered free of charge via e-mail, at the e-mail address provided at the time of registration for the service directly online on the website www.vcs.eu.
In relation to the above, the Data Controller hereby informs you that, in compliance with the provisions of articles 12 and 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to simply as GDPR), the data you provide here will be used solely for the purpose of sending you the newsletter, requiring the following forms of data processing: storage, consultation, organisation, updating of the database, notification of future initiatives, processing, extraction, processing within the EU and outside the EU only in the cases regulated by art. 45 and 46 of the GDPR, modification, creation of anonymous statistics, filing, deletion, and sending of information by e-mail to the address provided by you in response to your explicit request as a result of entry of your e-mail address in the appropriate space in order to obtain the service.
The Data Controller informs you that the body of the newsletter includes light marketing, performed by the Data Controller only, which is an integral part of the newsletter content and is therefore perceived as one with the newsletter and not divisible from its content.
In view of the above, we remind you that you are free to choose whether or not to subscribe to the newsletter service, but that in order to obtain the information you must provide the Data Controller with your e-mail address, and so the parties agree under art. 4, paragraph 11 of the GDPR that filling in the form authorises the Data Controller to process the personal data you provide; the data subject may revoke his or her consent to receive communications by following the instructions contained in the footer of the e-mail or writing at any time to the DPO, attorney Laura Marretta, at the address privacy@assocalzaturifici.it, specifying the subject line: “cancellation of VCS newsletter”.
Failure to provide your personal data will therefore make it impossible for the user to enjoy the requested service.
In order to permit the service to be provided, your data may be disclosed to Anci servizi s.r.l. a socio unico, a company 100% owned by the Data Controller, and to the partners with whom the VCS project is developed, as well as to the company Officine Bianche S.r.l., which performs maintenance on the technological aspects of the site. The data collected are processed on paper and using IT tools.
The Data Controller implements appropriate security measures as laid down in Art 32 GDPR to prevent any loss of data, unlawful or improper use and unauthorised access to data.
The Data Controller will keep the user’s personal information for as long as the user wishes to continue receiving information, and in no case for more than 2 years following the interruption of this relationship.
The newsletter service is reserved only for certain categories of user requesting the service. To supply and manage this service, the Data Controller uses the services and tools provided by MailUp. For more information on processing of personal data by MailUp, the Data Controller recommends

The Data Controller does not make use in any way of automated decision-making processes or profile your data. The Data Controller informs you that you have the rights of access listed under art. 15 of EU Reg. and are also entitled to:
1. ask the Data Controller to permit you to access your personal data and correct or delete the data, or request limitation of data processing or object to data processing;
2. the right to data portability;
3. if processing is based on article 6, paragraph 1, letter a), or on article 9, paragraph 2, letter a), to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of data processing on the basis of consent given prior to revocation;
4. make a complaint to a controlling authority;
To exercise the rights listed above, or for further information on the processing of your personal data or for communications regarding privacy issues, please send an email to the DPO at privacy@assocalzaturifici.it, indicating “VCS” as its subject and specifying in your message your name and surname, the e-mail address you wish us to reply to, and the right you wish to exercise, and we will provide an answer within the term indicated in Art 12 GDPR.
Should the Data Controller intend to process personal data for a purpose other than that for which it was collected, the data subject will be provided in advance with information on this new purpose and all other pertinent information, and the Data Controller will seek his or her prior consent.
